Resolved Question: Alzheimer – how fast from now?

A 70-year-old male, advanced Alzheimer's stage, but has been incontinence (urine for several months now), began to be incontinence (and fecal) today. This is a steep downhill, and now we should expect the worst at once? Or is this phase may continue for some time? Do you have similar experiences to share it? Thank you
