Open Question: My Fiance’s Grandmother has Alzheimers and..?

Good family do not help. I can tell her almost two years from now, she is in the middle level of Alzheimer's disease, I am afraid she is a bad stage of progress. Since it is not my family I can only do so much direct help. Women refused to wear depends on (or under the control of some sort of adult clothing), I think it might be time for her practical help. Her memory is rapidly deteriorating, it seems that there is no direction or plan or anything to help her. Families appear to be largely denied. Does anyone have any suggestions.ideas or related stories? I need some new ideas, or something else to try.
